The Guide to Successful Retailing - inspired by Mary Portas, is a series of business courses developed specifically to meet the needs of small and medium sized business owners and managers. Over the three courses, you will get the skills, knowledge and tools you need to grow your business and the opportunity to network with other businesses just like yours.

The three courses cover the essential skills needed to run a profitable retail business: Retail Business Planning & Finance, Driving Sales through Marketing and Buying & Visual Merchandising.

Flexible delivery
All courses can be delivered in bite-sized sessions to accommodate your availability. Courses are available nationally through the National Skills Academy for Retail's network of skills shops.
