Train to Gain is a major new initiative designed to help businesses see for themselves the positive impact of skills training.

Your staff can get nationally recognised, work-related qualifications at a time and a place that suits you - for FREE.

The Train to Gain initiative is run by the Learning and Skills Council and is available for any employee, aged 19 or over, who don't have GCSEs or equivalent*.

Small businesses do not often engage in training, or may find it difficult to release employees for training.  So Train to Gain may even reimburse companies of less than 50 employees, for the time their employees spend being trained.

The Source offers the following programmes as part of the Train to Gain initiative:

- Customer Service
- Administration
- Distribution & Warehousing
- Multi-skilled Hospitality and Skills for Life.

*five GCSEs at A - C or qualifications such as First Diploma or NVQ2
