The Source at Meadowhall prides itself on supporting the local community by offering a purpose built training and conferencing centre for the people of South Yorkshire. The Source, which is hosting its fifth birthday celebration event in May, was crowned Training Venue of the Year in 2006 for its accessibility and competitively priced meeting rooms. It beat stiff competition from some of the UK's most elaborate five star hotels and conference venues.

There needs to be a balance between quality and cost and we feel that we can provide that. By managing the hospitality facilities in-house, it gives us more control and flexibility and allows us to cater for specific requests such as vegetarian choices to fair-trade products, tailoring the experience to suit the customer. Quality is our main aim producing simple, traditional and healthy options which is what our customers demand.
Flexibility and the personal touch are the qualities that make The Source the ideal place to hold a conference or a small meeting. The suites are equipped with the latest technology, including interactive white boards and built in PCs, which are perfect for training sessions, seminars, interviews and presentations. Situated just off Junction 34 of the M1 and opposite Meadowhall Shopping Centre, the building boasts an ideal location for businesses across the entire region. What also makes The Source a popular choice is its commitment to the local community, which businesses can support when using the centre's facilities.
