The Source at Meadowhall is celebrating after achieving the Matrix Standard, the unique quality framework for the effective delivery of information, advice and guidance on learning and work.

The journey to achieve the standard began 6 months prior to assessment and was both enjoyable but challenging. The process allowed us to exam the systems we had in place and build on what we were already doing making our whole service even more efficient and effective. We found working with the standard gave us the flexibility we needed to ensure tangible business benefits and it got us to think clearly about communications and interactions with our customers.

Particular strengths highlighted by the matrix Assessor included the impressive rapid response  rates to customer enquiries and The Source's reputation for treating learners, staff, visitors, employers and partners like members of its' extended family.
