Q&A Stephen Hinchliffe
27th November 2011

Meet Stephen Hinchliffe. Stephen is the Recruitment Manager at The Source, supporting businesses to recruit the right people for their organisation.

Q.What was your first ever job?
A.
Working for the Civil Service in Birmingham assessing benefits and housing allowances - it's all been up hill since then!

Q.What was your most unusual job?
A.
Mmm I had a summer job at Dunlop Tyres factory climbing about in 20 foot high tanks scraping out huge clumps of hardened rubber - filthy, most probably illegal now, but at 16 very well paid!

Q.What is one goal you'd like to accomplish during your lifetime?
A.
How do I answer that - to see all my yet to be born grandchildren grow up (at least I'd make it past 100!)

Q. What is in your CD player at the moment?
A. Reef - a magnificent and underrated outfit

Q. What one item would you take with you to a desert island?
A. My Ipod

Q. If you had to describe yourself using three words, it would be...
A. Bald (all the time), chubby (quite often) and happy (most of the time)
