Hawkins Thompson HR Business Partner Course
Many organisations have implemented a HR business partner model because their
company has demanded that HR takes a more pro-active role in supporting current
business needs and asked them to be more agile in anticipating and responding to future business challenges.
The aims of the programme are to build the knowledge and understanding of business partnering over the two days to provide delegates with enough confidence to go back into
their organisations to implement HR business partnering whilst acting as true business partners themselves. Delegates will understand all there is to know about business partnering and the hooks and pitfalls that lead to success or failure by sharing case studies and experiences from businesses who have been there themselves.
The January dates (26th and 27th) are now fully booked. There are still Limited places available for the 26th & 27th of April.
