The Source at Meadowhall was awarded the best ‘Small Venue of the Year' at the Yorkshire Business Insider's prestigious Business Tourism Awards 2009.

The Source was up against some of the best small venues in Yorkshire including Thorpe Park Hotel & Spa, Leeds; The Met Hotel, Leeds and The Crown Spa Hotel, Scarborough.

The Small Venue category proves that excellence in events is not always about the size of the event but the quality. This category is aimed at venues that cater for between ten and 349 people.

The Source prides itself in offering a quality location with excellent facilities but always aims to make it a bespoke package with unique ways of adding value, such as offering wake-up sessions with a personal trainer along with a free gym guest pass for all delegates, which really made it stand out to the judges.
